We are seeking a highly skilled GeoSpatial Sr. Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Databricks and Azure Data Work, and a deep understanding of geospatial data analysis. This hybrid role requires someone who can collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment, and offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret complex geospatial data to support various projects and initiatives
Develop and implement geospatial models using Databricks and Azure Data Work
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data into broader data strategies
Provide insights and recommendations based on geospatial analysis to drive business decisions
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of geospatial data through rigorous quality control processes
Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial technologies and methodologies
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to geospatial data and tools
Optimize geospatial data workflows for efficiency and scalability
Mentor and guide junior analysts in geospatial analysis techniques and best practices
Participate in the development of geospatial data standards and protocols
Contribute to the continuous improvement of geospatial data processes and tools
Support the development of new geospatial products and services
Required Skills:
Extensive experience with Databricks and Azure Data Work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of geospatial data analysis and modeling
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
