Position: Salesforce Scrum Master
Location: Walnut Creek, CA or Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid preferred)
Type: Contract to Hire

🎯 Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
Exposure to or working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce certifications are a plus.
🛠️ Responsibilities:
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in team delivery and Agile practices.
Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution.
