📝 Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Quality Analyst to play a pivotal role in managing the enterprise data quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining data quality standards, proactively measuring data quality metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve the quality of data across various platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about data, detail-oriented, and skilled in working with both technical systems and business teams to enhance data quality.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Perform data validation, support report validation, and conduct data research activities. Collaborate with data engineers for unit testing of views and stored procedures.
Work closely with data engineers to implement and automate data quality-related business requirements.
Maintain overall data quality and integrity across the organization.
Identify and monitor data quality improvement opportunities and resolve ongoing quality issues.
Develop, document, and maintain data quality goals and standards.
Lead the identification and resolution of data quality problems and defects. Drive the investigation, reproduce bugs, assess business impacts, and ensure resolution.
Collaborate with data stewards, data custodians, and business partners to define data quality standards for error detection.
Contribute to data governance, metadata management, and master data management efforts.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in IT data-related roles.
5+ years of experience in data quality (data stewardship and governance experience is a plus).
5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, including writing and executing queries for data validation.
Experience with data warehousing and BI tools like Power BI.
Solid understanding of data migration, data mapping, and data modeling (data-vault, star schema, ER-Diagrams).
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to adapt communication styles to suit various audiences, including IT, sales, finance, and operations.
Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
Experience with Informatica Enterprise Data Catalogue (EDC) is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, information management, or a related field.
Proven experience in manual testing with a focus on SQL competency.
Troubleshooting skills for data-related issues and performing data integrity checks.
Experience with domains such as SAP ECC, Finance, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, or Operations.
Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and master data management.
Familiarity with data quality tools.
