Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development, with a preference for those who hold Salesforce certifications. A strong background in programming/Java and expertise in cloud technologies will be highly valued.
Desired Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator, Certified App Builder, Certified Platform Developer I, and Certified Platform Developer II preferred.
Strong programming/Java background.
Experience integrating enterprise applications with a focus on software and computer systems’ architectural principles.
Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Required Skills:
Expertise in service management concepts such as ITIL or SDLC.
Experience with change management for documents, code, and other files ensuring teams are always working with the latest version.
Proficiency in programming languages, debugging, and coding.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.
Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing.
Experience with enterprise application integration, including xMatters, AWS Application Integration, or WebSphere.
Ability to troubleshoot and correct operating errors.
Product testing experience, including UAT, usability testing, and relevant tools.
