Senior Android Developer

• Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience as a Senior Android Native Mobile Developer
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, various Android OS versions, and responsive design across devices
• Proficient in Kotlin and its ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Retrofit (networking) and Dagger (dependency injection)
• Deep understanding of MVVM architecture
• Experience with Jetpack Compose for modern UI development
• Proficiency with NavGraph for in-app navigation

  Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices
• Proficient with Git and version control workflows
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment

  Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Android applications using Kotlin
• Build network layers using Retrofit and manage dependencies with Dagger
• Implement robust architecture using MVVM for maintainable and scalable code
• Create engaging and responsive UIs using Jetpack Compose and handle navigation via NavGraph
• Optimize app performance for speed, usability, and responsiveness
• Debug complex issues and ensure high-quality app performance
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver elegant solutions
• Stay updated on emerging mobile technologies and apply them where appropriate
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, adherence to standards, and best practices
• Participate in code inspections, technical discussions, and sprint planning sessions
