💼 Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AI Automation Engineer with a strong background in RPA development (UiPath) and AI frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or OpenAI Assistants. This role combines traditional automation with the power of AI/LLMs to streamline and transform business operations.
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
🛠 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath:
UiPath Studio
Orchestrator
Robot
🧠 Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI Assistants)
💻 Proficient in:
Python, .NET (C#), or JavaScript
🤖 Strong grasp of AI/ML, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
🌐 Experience working with REST APIs, web scraping, and systems integration
☁️ Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for deploying AI-driven automation
🗄 Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases
🧩 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
🤝 Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in agile, team-driven environments

Proven ability to blend traditional RPA workflows with Generative AI
Previous work deploying AI-based automation in enterprise environments
