🔍 Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead projects, manage the project scope, schedule, and costs, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions within a hybrid work arrangement. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation and organizational skills, the ability to manage customer expectations, and experience in managing teams of application developers, analysts, and testers. This is not a technology development role, but familiarity with technology or call center setup would be ideal.

📋 Responsibilities:
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Manage project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; prioritize activities and manage customer expectations.
Report and escalate project risks/issues to management as needed.
Perform risk management exercises to minimize project risks, perform mitigation analysis, and provide workaround solutions.
Effectively manage teams, including application developers, analysts, and testers for system changes.
Maintain project documentation and create comprehensive reports.
Become a change agent ensuring lean principles and best practices are followed.
Stay updated on the latest trends and capabilities to implement modern and successful solutions.
Collaborate effectively with global customers, external vendors, and internal teams to drive results.
Contribute to your Business Unit/Practice by documenting learnings and engaging in the external tech community (e.g., writing blogs, contributing on GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
Participate in organization-level activities related to learning, formal training, interviewing, and special projects as assigned.

🛠️ Qualifications:
Strong facilitation skills.
Ability to drive results independently with time-constrained stakeholders.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Ability to be onsite occasionally.
Status reporting to Senior Management and the ability to escalate when project plan dates are not met is critical.
While this is not a technology development project, familiarity with technology or call center setup is a plus.

🎓 Education & Experience:
Relevant experience in product management, project management, or a similar role.
Familiarity with call center setup or technical processes is desirable but not required.
