Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, production-grade AI solutions. You will play a pivotal role in transforming business processes and customer experiences through AI. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning, Python development, automation frameworks, and modern DevOps practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI-driven products and services. (Domain expertise in Auto Infotainment or IFE is a nice-to-have)

 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Define and execute the AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
•    Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions for enterprise-scale applications.
•    Design scalable transformer-based AI model infrastructures and foundation models.
•    Lead the development of an in-house AI framework for reusable and robust model development.
•    Evaluate and optimize existing AI infrastructures for performance, efficiency, and scalability.
•    Build and manage AI pipelines and workflows from prototyping to deployment.
•    Integrate AI with automation frameworks (e.g., Appium) for intelligent testing.
•    Design and deploy solutions using LLM/SLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT), including fine-tuning and prompt engineering. (e.g., GPT, LLaMA and other open-source models)
•    Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI model development and deployment.
•    Containerize AI applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.
•    Implement GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
•    Oversee integration of AI systems with private cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructure.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
•    Ensure performance, scalability, and security of AI systems in production.
•    Manage the full AI model lifecycle: training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
•    Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI usage and model accountability.
•    Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices.
•    Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AI infrastructure and architectural decisions.

 

Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
•    8+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in AI/ML architecture roles.
•    Strong proficiency in Python, including custom library development. (Domain expertise in Auto Infotainment or IFE is a nice-to-have)
•    Hands-on experience with Appium and other automation tools.
•    Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
•    Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
•    Proven experience with LLM/SLMs and frameworks like Hugging Face or LangChain.
•    Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience with generative AI and multimodal models.
•    Knowledge of data governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
•    Experience in embedded software development is a strong plus.
•    Certifications in cloud, AI, or DevOps technologies.
