Job Details:-
Extensive Experience of the ServiceNow platform BRD and development
Evaluation of new features within ServiceNow
Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS
Experience in API integrations with other systems
Experience with Automated Testing Framework (ATF)
Experience with Integration HUB
Experience creating Technical Documentation
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Strong troubleshooting analytical skills
Good mathematical and analytical skills
Ability and willingness to communicate effectively
Ability to work independently
Experience with the development and maintenance in the following ServiceNow applications:
IT Service Management (ITSM)
IT Operations Management (ITOM)
Willingness to learn
