Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects utilizing program management and Agile methodology. The individual will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.
Job Description:-
Project Manager with Banking Domain, Accounts Receivables need to work with Technical Product Owners, needed to support MARS Transformation initiative with existing Scrum Team – Feature/Capability Development team. Work with product managers and engineers to understand and prioritize product features across platforms/products
Translate and communicate product roadmap into a product backlog of well-defined features and user stories with the appropriate acceptance criteria.
Review existing products and workflows for modernization opportunities.
Use analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve user experience
Communicate and build consensus across multiple departments and partners in creating the software product and platform requirements.
Partner with other product and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
Ensure that the appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to monitor performance post launch to evaluate future investment.
Perform Demos with key team members to demonstrate success and metrics of improvement

Skill Requirements
Strong proficiency in program management principles and practices.
In-depth knowledge and experience in agile methodology and its application in project management.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address project challenges and implement effective solutions.
Proficiency in project management tools and software for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
