Sr. QA Automation Tester with Katalon
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Plano, TX (ONSITE)
Visa: H4-EAD & L2-EAD only
Key Skills & Must Have:
QA Automation test using Katalon and Selenium
DevOps tools like Eco, Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
Unix/Linux, Python, Groovy and/or Shell scripting
Dynatrace, Grafana and ELK tools.
Agile software development practices.
Mulesoft knowledge is a Big Plus.
General & Basic Requirements:
Automation Testing: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data.
Collaborate with developers to understand application functionalities and identify test scenarios.
CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Ensure automated tests are run as part of the build process and provide immediate feedback on code quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures and test environment setup.
Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing input on test planning, estimation, and execution.
Communicate test results, defects, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Advocate for best practices in testing and quality assurance, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and tools.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation testing and DevOps practices.
Mentor and guide junior QA testers in automation and CI/CD practices
