Job Description: A leading Fortune 500 payroll company is seeking an experienced QA Engineer for a 3-month contract role with the possibility of extension. This is an on-site position located in Parsippany, NJ. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in Selenium and Java, along with a strong background in web application testing and Continuous Integration processes.

Responsibilities:
• Automate and perform testing of web applications using Selenium.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality.
• Participate in Continuous Integration processes and testing.
• Write and maintain test scripts and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Actively communicate with stakeholders to discuss progress and challenges.

Required Qualifications:
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
• Strong proficiency in Selenium and Java.
• Solid understanding of web application testing and Continuous Integration.
• Knowledge of SQL databases.
• Proven experience in automation testing.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with teams.
