Technical – scenarios , technical questions
Critical thinkers, ok with making mistakes, ask questions, don’t need know it all.
Defect management – has to be very tight, tell me what you would do if had a defect from prod support, what would you do if test case failed in Cyara, how do you create a test plan / strategy.
