Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of SFMC functionality, with a focus on automation, AMPScript, and SSJS. This role will involve collaborating with marketing stakeholders to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation: Design and implement automated marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools.
AMPScript Development: Utilize AMPScript for personalized email content and dynamic customer experiences.

SSJS Programming: Apply Server-Side JavaScript to enhance functionality and improve data handling within Marketing Cloud.
Data Management: Manage and maintain data extensions, ensuring data quality and compliance with marketing best practices.

Reporting and Analytics: Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionalities.
Basic hands-on experience with automation tools within SFMC.
Understanding of AMPScript and SSJS, with a willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a marketing automation role.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email development.
