Contract 

Role Description: As a member of the S4H Program Team, this Program Manager will be responsible for overall data transformation/migration from SAP ECC to S4 HANA including planning, issue/risk/defect management, coordination of team interdependencies such as platform preparation, and data validation. Key Skillsets/Experience • Work closely with data transformation/migration vendor team and all program tracks of work involved/impacted with migration • Prepare holistic plan, track execution and update SAP ECC to S4 HANA detailed data migration activities that span across teams for each migration iteration 
• Experience with S4 HANA, preferably brown field S4H migration • Coordinate execution with all involved and impacted teams across all tracks of work • Experience preparing system platform for data migration execution • Manage setup of system integrations (interfaces) with S4 HANA • Coordinate Quality Assurance (QA) and reconciliation of migration results • Prepare reporting and migration work dashboard with migration success metrics Deliverables
 • Step-by-step migration execution plan for each migration cycle
• Migration work dashboard • Data Migration Strategy • Status reporting • RAID log • Work plan

Experience (Years): 10 & Above
Essential Skills:
 • 7-10+ years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs)• Drive migration execution by monitoring status, gathering stakeholder responses and needs, and progress to plan• Personality and presence to interact effectively with team members through executive-level stakeholders• Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall • Proven ability to manage complex project plans, scope, schedule, cost, quality, stakeholder communication, staffing, risks and issues • Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments • Own the outcome for the successful data transformation/migration for each cycle, not just the deliverables• Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable Skills:
