Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP RAR / BRIM Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to implement, configure, and maintain the SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) and Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions to support financial processes and compliance. You will be responsible for streamlining billing, revenue recognition, and reporting processes, and will help ensure that the solutions are in alignment with the organization’s goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) Configuration and Implementation:
Perform detailed analysis of the business requirements for revenue recognition.
Configure and customize SAP RAR according to industry best practices and company requirements.
Perform system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
Ensure that the solution complies with accounting standards (IFRS 15, ASC 606).
Design and configure automated processes for revenue recognition and reporting.

SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management):
Lead the implementation of SAP Billing solutions within the BRIM suite.
Oversee integration of SAP Billing with other systems like SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI, SAP MM, and third-party applications.
Develop and maintain billing models for subscription-based services, usage-based billing, and one-time charges.
Create flexible billing plans, invoicing, and revenue recognition rules.
Manage end-to-end BRIM lifecycle: from subscription management, usage-based billing to revenue recognition.

Integration and Reporting:
Design and implement interfaces between SAP RAR and SAP BRIM modules with other ERP or external systems.
Develop financial reports using SAP standard tools and third-party reporting solutions.
Ensure compliance with statutory financial reporting requirements and audits.

Business Support and Training:
Work with functional and technical teams to ensure successful integration and resolution of issues.
Provide ongoing support to users post-implementation.
Train internal stakeholders on RAR and BRIM functionality and best practices.

Project Management:
Participate in project planning, requirement gathering, and documentation.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Communicate project progress and challenges with stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience working with SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) and SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) modules.
Strong experience with financial accounting processes and systems, especially revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15, ASC 606).
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP MM).

Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of SAP RAR configuration and functionality.
Experience with SAP BRIM, SAP Subscription Billing, and SAP Convergent Charging.

Proficient in SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, and other SAP reporting tools.
Experience with integration of SAP RAR and BRIM with other enterprise systems.
