Need 10+ years of Experience
• SAP Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP functionality, particularly in modules related to Tax configuration for indirect and withholding taxes
• European Taxation Systems: Understanding of European taxation laws and regulations, and how they are implemented in SAP.
• ERP Systems: Experience with SAP Finance reporting
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret standard reports and AO reports using SAP
Tax Knowledge:
• Tax Laws: Working knowledge of European tax laws and regulations.
• Tax Reporting: Experience with tax reporting and compliance in a European context.
• Tax Planning: Ability to assist in strategic tax planning and reporting in the context of direct taxes and compliance.
Project Management Skills:
• Implementation Experience: Experience in implementing SAP Tax solutions in a European context.
• Project Management: Ability to manage projects, coordinate with different teams, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Soft Skills:
• Communication: Experience working with business users to gather requirements and align with SAP design and processes
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address tax-related issues.
• Data conversion: experience working on SAP data conversion requirements that interact with G/L, Vendor Master, Asset Master and Customer contracts etc for Tax data elements.
