We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Apache Flink, AWS , Java, Python.
This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can analyze business needs, develop effective solutions, and drive impactful results.
The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
Develop and implement solutions using Unix, Java, Python, AWS, and Apache Flink.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.
Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making processes.
Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
