Job Description:
The Developer/Programmer Analyst performs advanced analysis and programming work involving all technical aspects of designing, creating, and maintaining software applications. This position works within the Architecture/AI/Automation Development Team to deliver high-quality software development services that support enterprise systems and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities
The selected resource will provide the following Software Development Services:

Technical Analysis
Review user requirements and create detailed design documents.
Analyze functional and technical needs to develop efficient solutions.

Development
Write clean, maintainable code following TEA standards, industry best practices, and customer requirements.
Develop complex web applications and APIs.

Testing
Perform thorough unit and development testing to validate that deliverables meet requirements.
Create test data, test cases, and test scripts.

Documentation
Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as design documents, process flows, data models, environment diagrams, and test plans.

Team Collaboration
Participate in sprint/release activities, including effort estimation, architectural discussions, design reviews, and defect triage.
Resolve issues across multiple environments and provide regular status updates.

Skills and Qualifications
Required
8 years – Developing complex web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API.
8 years – Designing, coding, and supporting medium to large applications using SQL Server and Oracle databases.
8 years – Strong testing methodology for Unit Testing and Development Testing.
8 years – Experience with XML, JSON, API Testing, and JavaScript.
Preferred
2 years – Experience using Bitbucket and Jira.
2 years – Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate.
1 year – Experience consuming AI services programmatically.
