Must have Data warehouse, snowflake, State Dept of health experience and pmp(Active) certified
5 years of Any State Dept of Health Client experience
PMP(Active) certification 
Texas State Healthcare experience profiles highly preferred

Job Description
The Project Manager will support the Legacy Analytics Modernization initiative, leading migration of legacy TIERS analytics and reporting platforms to modern data solutions under the Texas Data Management Framework.

The Project Manager will oversee resource allocation, work plans, schedules, and coordination with multiple stakeholders including the Office of Chief Data Architect and Office of Data Analytics & Performance.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years IT Project Management experience
5+ years experience with Data Warehouse, Data Lake, or BI projects
Strong experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
Complete understanding of PMLC and SDLC
Proven experience managing multi-team and multi-vendor environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating clear project documentation
Experience managing budgets, risks, and schedules
Active PMP Certification (Mandatory)

Preferred Experience
Experience within State Health & Human Services (HHS)
Experience managing multi-agency initiatives
Experience with access & eligibility programs
Experience leading large data modernization programs
