      2) The program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY.

Active Texas DL Must for submission
Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.
Candidates must already reside in the Central Texas area and be willing to report onsite at the TFC Headquarters at 1711 San Jacinto, Austin TX.

EXP: 14+ Years  
Required Skills:

PMP(Active) Certification is required.
Experience with the Sunset Review process.
Required Experience with Texas State Audits conducted by SAO, Internal Audit divisions and Federal entities
Required Project management experience with a Texas State Agency
Experience with Texas procurement and contract management.
State of Texas Project Delivery framework
Required Demonstrated, successful delivery of projects at a state agency,
 

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage large-scale enterprise initiatives for the SPIP team
• Develop project plans, schedules, and deliverables aligned with DIR framework
• Coordinate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and oversight entities
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards
• Track project scope, budget, quality, and timelines using PM tools
