EXP: 12+ years  and Above only

Required Experience (8+ Years)
Developing training programs for ERP systems
Developing accessibility-compliant training content
Hands-on experience with eLearning software (minimum 4 years)
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (minimum 4 years)
Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
MS Teams collaboration in large teams (2+ years)
Maintaining & updating SharePoint sites (2+ years)

 Preferred
Public sector experience (Federal/State/Local Government)
Jira experience
 Key Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive ERP training programs
Develop role-based, accessibility-compliant training content
Create user guides and learning materials
Deliver instructor-led & web-based training sessions
Manage and maintain SharePoint training site
Work in Agile, collaborative team environments
