Hands-on experience with child welfare case management systems
Knowledge and implementation experience with CCWIS requirements
Experience with Texas Project Delivery Framework

Job Description:
Responsibilities

The Worker must have a strong Business Analysis background with extensive experience in the following:
Analyzing and/or implementing child welfare case management systems.
Analyzing and/or implementing systems that meet Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) requirements.
Assessing organizational readiness for change.
Conducting strategic planning for enterprise-level organizations.
Facilitating and leading groups—including senior leadership teams—to clarify and define project goals, needs, scope, and priorities.
Preparing and delivering presentations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Communicating effectively (both written and verbal) to provide clear status updates and inform stakeholders and agency leadership on project progress.
Using Microsoft Suite tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project, and Visio.
Applying knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and PMLC (Project Management Life Cycle) methodologies.
Communicating and listening with a focus on clarity and shared understanding that drives positive outcomes.
Applying knowledge of the Texas Project Delivery Framework.

Minimum (Required) Qualifications
Years Skills / Experience
8    Experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise-level environment
6    Developing documents summarizing analysis and key recommendations with strong attention to detail
6    Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, SharePoint)
5    Strong working knowledge of child welfare systems
5    Developing Use Case documentation and User Stories that lead to clearly defined and numbered project requirements
4    Facilitating meetings, requirements-gathering sessions, and delivering presentations
3    Developing and presenting project status updates and reporting on key performance indicators
2    Experience analyzing and/or implementing systems that meet CCWIS requirements
1    Knowledge of SDLC and PMLC methodologies
1    Knowledge of the Texas Project Delivery Framework
