Candidates must already reside in Texas.Note: Travel expenses to the office will not be reimburs,The selected contractor(s) will be required to come in person to the LBJ Building to obtain CPA equipment, badge and initial assignments. CPA will not pay or reimburse travel expenses.

Required Skills: Minimum 2 Years of Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government) mustThe Client looking for someone with Tableau , Migrating exp from Power BI to Tableau both should be must and QlikView, QlikSense is PLUS but not required.
Job Description:
The Candidate must have worked with modern BI and Data Warehouse technologies to ensure reports comply with standards and all data modeling artifacts are prepared accurately in a timely fashion. The Candidate must also be quality conscious and be dedicated to delivering superior products on time and within budget. TheCandidate must have experience in and be able to perform the following: · Expertisewith Advanced SQL.· Workingknowledge of Python.· Abilityto work with the cross-functional business team to understand business problemand design best reporting solution.· Preferredknowledge of QlikView, QlikSense, SAS, or other similar Business Intelligence(BI) tools.· Abilityto analyze requirements and specifications, develop, design, and coordinate theimplementation of business intelligence reports and/or visualizations.· Abilityto work with business customers, managers, analysts, and subject matter expertsprofessionally and collaboratively to gather requirements/strategies for reportdevelopment.· Abilityto translate requirements into advanced database and business intelligencecomponents design.· Abilityto work with relational databases including SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, andothers. · Abilityto address and resolve complex technical issues with internal/externalcustomers, build good communication protocols and update management team withweekly/monthly status.· Abilityto perform extensive code reviews and analysis.· Requiredto adhere to software development lifecycle processes.· Requiredto prepare detailed documentation and transition knowledge to current staff. · Abilityto present and demonstrate business intelligence reports and visualizations tobusiness customers and managers. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Years Required Experience 5 Required Experience in working with Advanced SQL. 5 Required Experience in Business Intelligence Report development and implementation in Tableau, including use of Tableau Prep. 5 Required Experience with Business/System/Data Analysis and improvement 5 Required Extensive knowledge of/experience with data integration, data quality, multi-dimensional design and ETL tools, processes, and methodology 3 Required Experience with BI visualization development tools such as Qlik, Tableau, and SAS. 3 Required Extensive experience with highly complex application security requirements 3 Required Proficient in multiple database technologies such as Oracle, DB2 and MS SQL 3 Required Experience with Agile framework both in Kanban and Scrum to track various assignments and projects 2 Required Experience with Python 2 Preferred Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government) 2 Preferred Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, TEAMS, Microsoft Project, Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
