Job Description:
The activities shall align with the client’s compliance with federal and state regulations and its goal of providing uninterrupted services to the children and families it serves. Data management services are needed in support of data cleansing efforts for the new system.
The scope of these services shall include, but not be limited to the following:
• Assist the Client in managing the overall effort.
• Identify risks/issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage staffing and resources assigned to the project.
These efforts are expected to result in a robust, secure, and efficient foundation that will support transition to a new case management system resulting in efficiencies, improved decision-making, and accessible data within the client’s child welfare and adult protection programs. The new case management system will also be compliant with CCWIS data quality and confidentiality requirements set forth by federal, state, and tribal laws, thereby supporting child welfare policies, goals, and practices..
