Required Skills:
SaaS / PaaS environments
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform development
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
Microsoft Dataverse (tables, relationships, security)
Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, business process flows)
Power Pages / Power Apps Portals
Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as backend data sources
Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
Government or large-enterprise environment experience is a plus
Job Description

Core Responsibilities
Analyze business objectives and system requirements; identify and evaluate alternative solutions
Perform cost/benefit analysis and feasibility studies
Gather and document user requirements, functional specifications, and workflows
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze current processes and recommend improvements
Assess system capabilities, specifications, and constraints for proposed changes
Support development, implementation, and expansion of Texas HHS Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions

Required Technical Skills
5+ years experience with SaaS / PaaS environments
4+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform development

Preferred Skills
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Experience working in Agile environments and sprint planning
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

Experience with:
Power Platform mobile apps
Power Virtual Agents
Advanced Power Pages and Portals

Environment & Domain
Systems Analyst / Developer role supporting custom application development
Experience supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations
Government or large-enterprise environment experience is a plus
