Job Description:
Infosys is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to oversee one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs comprising multiple interrelated projects. This role aligns project delivery with broader strategic initiatives and business goals, ensuring governance controls and program success from inception to delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects.
Align project execution with organizational strategic initiatives.
Plan, implement, and monitor program activities across the entire lifecycle.
Define and report on program roadmap, status, success metrics, and development issues.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.
Coordinate interdependencies across multiple projects and teams.
Manage resources and budgets to meet cost, performance, and schedule goals.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination across stakeholders.
Drive stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
Continuously seek opportunities to optimize cost, performance, and delivery.
Maintain awareness of emerging trends, business conditions, and internal practices that impact program success.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT programs.
Proven expertise in program governance, risk management, budgeting, and scheduling.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience working in telecom or media industries is a plus.
PMP or similar project/program management certification preferred.
