We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant to support payroll parallel testing for a multi-entity organization. Please find the details below:

Job Title: Workday Payroll Consultant
Role: Parallel Testing Support
Location: Remote 
Experience: 10+ Years (preferred)
Duration: Contract

NOTE: NOTE: we need someone to start ASAP through end of June – 30 hours / week , It’s a Parttime position

Key Responsibilities:

Support planning and execution of Workday payroll parallel testing cycles
Validate payroll results between Workday and legacy systems
Identify, track, and assist in resolving payroll discrepancies
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple companies
Test payroll scenarios including earnings, deductions, taxes, and retroactivity
Documentation & Process:

Develop end-to-end payroll process documentation
Document payroll inputs, calculations, and validation checkpoints
Create and maintain payroll processing checklists (pre, during, and post payroll)
Ensure consistency across multiple entities
Knowledge Transfer:

Conduct KT sessions and provide training to payroll/project teams
Deliver clear documentation for ongoing client use
Enable client teams to independently manage payroll processes
Testing Guidance & Advisory:

Provide guidance on payroll testing strategy and best practices
Support test case development and reconciliation
Identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies
Advise on payroll readiness and go-live criteria
