Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Reston, VA (Onsite)
Interview: In-person interview at Reston, VA

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks.
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular / React / JavaScript / HTML / CSS.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Work with databases to design and optimize queries.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular or React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging systems.
Prior experience working in Agile environments.
