Job Description:
Primary Skills:

Good expertise in creating terraform scripts for creating services/resources in AWS env (Possible resources may be: ECS, LEX V2, Security groups, Lambdas, Kinesis, Lambda layers, Appsync, S3, Secret manager, API gateway, CloudWatch)
Should have knowledge on setting up alarms dashboard for resource failure.
Should be having good knowledge about AWS environment, possible options to apply terraform scripts.
Should have good knowledge on Docker.

Secondary Skills:

Good to have knowledge on AWS cloud formation.
Good to have knowledge on CI/CD pipeline set up (Jenkins/Azure)
Good to have knowledge creating hooks in Jenkins/Azure to auto trigger pipeline once code commit done to the repository.
Knowledge of Git tool would be an add on.
