Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP TM (Transportation Management) Analyst Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP TM and possess expertise in inbound transportation planning and execution as well as milk run planning. Candidates with experience in integration of SAP TM with other systems will be considered a strong plus.

 Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and design SAP TM solutions to support transportation planning, execution, and optimization.
Lead configuration and deployment of SAP TM modules to address business requirements related to inbound transportation planning and execution.
Optimize and manage **milk run planning** processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP TM processes are well-integrated with other modules such as SAP EWM, SAP ERP, and other third-party systems.
Work with key business stakeholders to identify and implement best practices for transportation management.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP TM processes and provide ongoing system support.
Perform system testing, user training, and documentation of system configurations and changes.

 Qualifications:

Proven experience (5+ Years) as an **SAP TM Analyst**, preferably in a contractor or consulting role.
Expertise in **inbound transportation planning** and **execution**, and familiarity with **milk run planning**.
Experience with **SAP TM integration** with SAP ERP, EWM, and third-party systems is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of SAP TM configuration, data modeling, and process flows.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

 Preferred Skills:

Experience in working with **cross-functional teams** (Supply Chain, Logistics, IT).
Experience with **transportation optimization** strategies and tools.
Understanding of **EDI** (Electronic Data Interchange) and its use in transportation management.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in **Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business Administration**, or a related field.
SAP TM certification is a plus.
