Job Description:
Service as an agilest and scrum master on agile projects in IT.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to agile principles, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work with scrum/sprint team members with high technical acumen to manage data migration and report generation projects.
Develop criteria for evaluating programs, proposals, and other pertinent information related to data projects.
Develop project budgets, schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and cost estimates for data migration and report generation.
Implement plans to communicate project methodology and processes to interested groups and team members.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for data migration and report generation initiatives.
Work closely with data scientists and technical teams to understand development requirements and integrate them into project plans.
Leverage in-depth technical knowledge to guide project teams in overcoming technical challenges related to data migration.
Provide hands-on technical support and guidance for data migration and report generation projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to agile principles, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work with scrum/sprint team members with high technical acumen to manage data migration and report generation projects.
PMI-ACP or other project management adjacent certifications.
