SAP Basis & HANA System Administrator
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Basis and HANA Administrator to join our team and play a key role in our upcoming upgrade and migration projects. You will be responsible for the management, optimization, and troubleshooting of various SAP and HANA systems, ensuring their smooth operation and peak performance.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain various SAP and HANA system landscapes.
Perform system upgrades and migrations efficiently, adhering to best practices.
Ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues within SAP and HANA environments.
Implement and optimize HANA Streaming Analytics solutions.
Possess a strong understanding of core SAP and HANA concepts.
Experience with SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) and BODS (SAP BusinessObjects Data Services).
Collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless project execution.
Execute tasks related to backup, recovery, and system performance tuning.
Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
Proven experience with SAP HANA DB, SAP Data Services, Oracle DB, and SAP NetWeaver.
Expertise in HANA Streaming Analytics and HANA Performance Management.
Experience with S/4HANA transformation and migration is a strong plus.
Desirable Skills:
SAP & Cloud Certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Experience with SAP CHARM and Solution Manager configuration & administration.
Knowledge of BRIM Solutions
