Job Title: Senior Windows Server & VMware Administrator
Location: Atlanta, GA~ Forest Park, GA
Rate: $48 /hr on C2C

Role Description:
Must-Have Responsibilities
Windows Server 2003 2008 2012 2016 Build and Administration
Administer and ensure optimal operation and configuration of all systems including but not limited to physical and virtual Windows Servers, Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery Replication, Monitoring.
Responsible for patch management, application software delivery and release management.
Responsible for daily operations of Windows based servers running in a mixed physical and virtual (VMware ESX) environment.
Responsible for working with security architects to manage vulnerability within the environment.
Provide third level support and mentoring to the IT Service Desk team and senior level support to the IT Operations team.
In-depth knowledge and experience on VMware ESX and ESXi (6.5 , 6.7 , 7.0) hypervisors installation and administration. Also on VRealize Orchestrator
In depth troubleshooting skills in VCenter, ESXi hosts, Networking and storage ( SAN , ISCSI , VSAN )
In-depth knowledge in Windows server operating system and Troubleshooting
Drive RCA preparation and meeting SLA for RCA submission along with planning and implementing fixes patches
Performance and capacity management on VMWare servers and complex health check-ups
Perform in 24 x 7 environments in shift roaster and attend calls whenever assigned
Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes
