Job Description:
Urgent Hiring Notice: Senior Business Analyst/Tester
Duties:
Develop requirements for information systems from project inception to conclusion.
Develop and document test cases, testing plans, and procedures in an agile environment.
Design and execute IT software tests to ensure compliance with regulations.
Design, prepare, and review test data for conformance to design.
Maintain automated regression and integration test plans.
Communicate test results and feedback with development teams.
Perform database testing using SQL queries.
Assist with data setup for test automation and validate results.
Review data flow across multiple systems.
Report and track defects, collaborating with Developers for resolution.
Analyze software defect resolutions for retesting.
Assist Test Analysts/Engineers with test framework development and maintenance.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
General Experience:
8 years of experience as an analyst/tester, supporting requirement analysis, and test script development.
5 years of experience in mapping business and technical requirements into test cases and generating test scripts.
5 years of practical experience using relational databases and SQL scripts.
5 years of experience with MS Office applications.
Strong communication skills and ability to triage change requests and incidents throughout project phases.
Proficiency in manual and automated testing, 508 compliance, UAT,regression, and integration testing.
Experience with automated testing tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in relevant field. Experience testing Web and Mobile applications in cross-platform environments. Experience with Java, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, JMeter, and GitHub. Ability to triage change requests and incidents across project phases.
