The State of Michigan is looking for: Software Test Analyst 5 (NOTE: This role will be filling 3 MDHHS ARC positions and 1 position will fill a role on this manager’s standard staff augmentation team. Job descriptions for both are attached and candidates will be considered for both teams)

Top Skills & Years of Experience:

5+ years experience designing and executing manual and automated test cases.
5+ years experience analyzing requirements, user stories (in Azure DevOps), and acceptance criteria to design effective, reusable test cases (including positive, negative, and boundary testing).
Demonstrable experience automating web applications using frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Interview Process: Candidates submitted must be willing to come onsite (Lansing, MI) for interviews. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of any MS Teams interview to validate candidate.

Remote or On-site: Accepting local candidates within 90 minutes of Lansing, MI ONLY. Position will be hybrid, in office 2 days a week upon start and there is NO REMOTE ONLY option.
