💼 Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Financials solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in OTC (Order-to-Cash) and RTR (Record-to-Report) processes, along with strong leadership capabilities to manage large-scale implementations and stakeholder engagements.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Financials implementations and support engagements across enterprise environments
Drive solution design and configuration for OTC and RTR modules
Conduct workshops, CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), and UAT sessions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
Prepare and maintain key documentation including BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, and SOPs
Manage RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
Ensure seamless system integrations with internal and external applications
Provide functional leadership and mentor junior team members
Support financial reporting, accounting processes, and compliance requirements
✅ Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials implementation/support
Strong expertise in:
OTC (Order Management, Receivables, Billing, Pricing)
RTR (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management)
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Experience with end-to-end implementation lifecycle
Proficiency in documentation: BRD, MD50, UAT, SOPs
Strong experience with RICEW lifecycle and integrations
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
🌟 Preferred Skills
Experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Finance modules
Exposure to data migration and reporting tools
Prior experience in leading global or enterprise-scale projects
