Role Summary:
- Handle tasks related to SAP Basis administration Data Center and RISE responsibilities
- Provide domain expertise and support the project regarding all kind of infrastructure related aspects
- Resolve incidents that may arise in the production and non-production SAP environments
- Implement SAP client copy OSS notes kernel patches support packages add-ons and SAP software component upgrades
- Expertise in Design Implement and manage Business Continuity Solutions such as HA / DR Failover Solutions for SAP landscapes
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems including performance analysis and debugging
- Strong knowledge of Database Administration in SAP HANA including performance tuning sizing and capacity planning
- Strong customer service and solution orientation Initial leadership experience is an advantage
