Role Description
This is an onsite role for a senior business Analyst with 12+ years of experience. The Sr Business Analyst will be responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes and systems for the organization. They will work closely with teams to gather information, analyze data, and identify business requirements and opportunities for improvement. This is a contract role.
The responsibility of the candidate will include working with stakeholders to qualify demands, working with various departments on developing solutions for various demands, application & process design, leading business workshops and completion of Business requirements documents, performing data analysis activities, working with Development, PM and QA team to complete projects/tasks. Be accountable for the assigned business process area and be able to raise any risks/issues. Work with compliance, Infrastructure, Operations, and Lead department to transform various business processes into functional requirements. Keep up with the pace of time-sensitive critical business needs and provide quick quality deliverables.
Skills Desired:
• Minimum Twelve (12) years of experience in converting functional requirements into technical specifications, and configure, tailor, and or customize solutions including building interface
• Must possess strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work well in a project team environment
Duties:
• Lead Workshops, document business requirements
• Complete Solutioning and Qualifying demands
• Business support and coordination with different teams
