Job Description:
• Hands on experience in designing, developing & enhancing the Automation Framework
• Strong hands-on expertise on UI automation Selenium (Java, Selenium), API Automation,
• Experience of working with large-scale and complex programs, DevOps, CI/CD, continuous testing environment.
• Responsible for defining Automation Test Strategies for major program initiatives
• Test planning and guiding resources on best Automation policies
• Ensuring progress of test automation development activities as per plan, adhering to milestones and meeting SLAs.
• Investigate and diagnose problems; propose and execute solutions.
• Resolve automation issues and blockers independently
• Able to understand who to go to when there are issues
• Partner with new automation resources by providing training and guidance during on-boarding
• Ability to provide a strategy that will enable automation teams to design effective automation coverage across all components (UI, API, DB, Mainframe, Unix)
