Position: UKG Admin
Location: Remote
Note:
- UKG Pro WFM Implementation consultant to build UKG Instances, maintain and support.
- Need Resource to support WFM UKG Pro Instance build and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; master’s degree preferred.
- Must hands on 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining UKG Pro Instances and setting up integrations with Dell Boomi and on-premises applications preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UKG Pro systems configuration and support
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM systems
- Strong technical skills with experience in software development, API integration, security key management, and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript).
- Hands on experience in cloud technologies.
- 5 years minimum experience (higher preferred), 3 years of related experience, including a demonstrated ability in technology area. In-depth knowledge of associated technology areas that could impact area of responsibility; healthcare technology experience preferred.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- UKG Pro Certification is a strong plus.
- Boomi Certification
