Job Description
Tech Lead / Architect – AI/ML (Gen AI & Agentic AI) Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead / Architect with deep expertise in AI/ML, including Generative AI and Agentic AI. This role will drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions, providing technical leadership and architectural guidance to cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of AI/ML solutions, with a focus on Gen AI and agentic AI systems. Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Guide and mentor technical teams, ensuring best practices in AI/ML development, deployment, and governance. Architect and implement data pipelines, model training workflows, and AI-powered applications. Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes. Ensure robust data governance, security, and compliance across all AI/ML initiatives. Drive innovation in agentic AI, enabling autonomous systems that deliver measurable business value.
Technical Skills
Required Advanced proficiency in analytics and AI/ML tools (Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, etc.) and agentic AI architectures.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model development, deployment, and monitoring.
Expertise in data integration, data governance, and end-to-end process ownership. Experience with visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Ability to guide senior data analysts and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Preferred Experience
Proven track record as a technical lead or architect in AI/ML projects.
Experience in healthcare, payer/provider technology, or related domains is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
