Zycus Functional (L2) Support Analyst (4 to 6 Years) L2 Support on Zycus Applications
Application Support
• Provide L2 functional support for Zycus applications such as:
iSupplier
iContract
iSource
iSave
iAnalyze
iRequest (as applicable), etc
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets escalated from L1 support.
• Analyze functional issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure SLA adherence and effective communication with stakeholders.
