Location: Columbus, OH
Must have technical skills
Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IBM MQ, IBM App Connect, and ActiveMQ
This position will be with the Support and Services team within Middleware technologies.
The team is responsible for 24/7 support and request management of Middleware technologies such as IBM MQ, IBM App Connect, and other messaging services.
The position requires understanding of IT infrastructure and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
The ideal candidate will have a background in hosting web applications including expertise in the underlying infrastructure components; experience in hosting applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure highly preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient with Linux and Windows server OS Proficient with installation and configuration of messaging components such as IBM MQ or ActiveMQ Ansible/AWX scripting Experience with hosting applications within AWS or Azure highly preferred.
Agile Methodology
Ansible/AWX automation experience Nice-to-have: Experience with hosting applications within AWS or Azure highly preferred
