Role – Full-Stack Software Developer
Location – 100% Remote
Visa – Only US Citizen

Modern Engineering Culture & Team Leadership: –
Candidate must have 2-3 years of experience with client facing
We require engineering leads who are highly skilled, intrinsically motivated, and capable of applying modern software engineering practices to solve complex business problems. The ideal vendor partner should have experience leveraging technology to create cloud-native solutions and possess the ability to operate with minimal supervision. Furthermore, the vendor should have the capability to direct and coach 1-3 scrum teams of employees and/or contractors. Familiarity with the strangulation pattern to breakdown legacy systems and create a modern, Cloud Native platform is highly desirable.
Technical Expertise: –
· Proficiency and hands-on experience with event-driven programming and asynchronous non-blocking systems at scale.
· Well versed in Site Reliability Engineering and Observability.
· Ability to lead system design and major refactoring of tech debts or evolution of architecture with minimal supervision.
· Proficiency with CQRS architecture and PCI/DSS.
· Strong knowledge of functional programming.
· Seasoned versatile full-stack developers with proficiency in NodeJS, ReactJS, and/or C#, including a deep understanding of their respective development ecosystems, unit and integration testing libraries, and third-party libraries.
· Security-first aware development practice.
· Highly skilled in modern DevOps practices with a security mindset.
· Deep technical experience with containers and Kubernetes (k8s).
· Working experience with various Microsoft Azure services, with a minimum requirement of Cosmos DB & Azure functions.
· Proficient in GIT branching strategies and CI/CD processes.
Frameworks & Tools: –
Expertise in leveraging & enhancing the Booster Framework. This framework is an open-source software development tool that enhances the performance of machine learning models. The ideal vendor partner should have experience using this framework to improve boosting algorithms and possess a deep understanding of the associated tools and libraries.
