Job Title: Salesforce Architect with Apex Coding

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with expertise in Apex coding to lead the design and development of customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and be able to work on complex projects, ensuring the successful implementation of business requirements on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions for large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop custom applications and features using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Guide the development and integration of Salesforce solutions with other enterprise applications and systems.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, including coding standards, version control, and test automation.
- Provide architectural oversight for the Salesforce platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers in Apex coding and other Salesforce technologies.
- Manage deployments and releases using Salesforce DX and other DevOps tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues within the Salesforce environment.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new technologies to continuously improve the platform.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer/Architect.
- Strong expertise in Apex programming, including triggers, batch classes, controllers, and custom components.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, integration patterns, and security.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Components, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD tools for deployment and version control.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Ability to manage complex Salesforce implementations and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Salesforce Architect certification is preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Architect Certification (e.g., Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience in large-scale Salesforce transformations or migrations.
