Job Description .
15+ years of IT experience and 8+ years of Scrum master experience Strong agile knowledge and agile tools like Rally, JIRA etc Manage project scrip and timeline. Coaching team members in Agile framework Co-ordinate different agile ceremonies and multiple cross functional teams Resolve conflicts and enable on time delivery with quality Excellent communication and team player Domain knowledge in banking and risk management is a plus Scrum master certification is a plus (1.) To manage the customer delivery or expectations and the technical team. (2.) To design and develop solution for product or project and sustenance delivery. (3.) To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology. (4.) To guide and mentor a team of developers for succesful delivery of project. (5.) To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
