SUMMARY:
The Client Programmer is a key member of our cross-functional team responsible for developing and supporting innovative applications that serve the Arkansas Judiciary. As part of our Agile development process, you’ll contribute to the full software development lifecycle of our cloud-based court management program.
JOB DUTIES:
- Collaborate with Agile team using Disciplined Agile Methodology.
- Integrate veteran’s application into the new court management system.
- Design, develop, test, and debug application software and reports.
- Optimize applications for performance and troubleshoot user issues.
- Document and report on daily progress and activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of application development experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, C#, REACT, Next JS, Material UI, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and database systems like Postgres.
- Experience with cloud development, especially AWS services and Lambda.
- Familiarity with version control systems like GIT.
- Development Practices:
- Ability to design and develop RESTful web APIs.
- Experience with automated testing, including test-driven development.
- Skill in creating visually appealing front-end websites.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
