Job Title – Sr. Business Analyst (Property & Casualty Insurance)

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Business Analysis Expertise: 7-8 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, and application support within the insurance industry.
• SQL Skills: 3-5 years of experience in PL/SQL querying and scripting is a must.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to use procedures and practices to determine solutions, exercising creative problem-solving abilities.
• Documentation & Communication: Strong skills in clear, concise documentation and excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
• Self-management: Ability to manage tasks and requests efficiently, whether working independently or as part of a team.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments and requirements.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Insurance Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience working in the Property & Casualty insurance sector is highly preferred.
