Analyzes business process and practices in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives. Collaborates on an on-going basis with the Programmer/Analysts. Applies advanced analytical skills within functional area.
Our people are our greatest asset and our IT team is seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to help take us to the Client. In this role as a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst, you will lead and facilitate teams where team members are geographically diverse to deliver business value through their development and delivery execution. You must be able to build trusted relationships with the team and with their stakeholders to ensure the needs of all team members are met. Experience with AWS based application development strongly preferred. Experience with Scrum and/or Kanban software support and development teams preferred. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is desired.
This job analyzes business processes and practices and identifies technology opportunities for the Tax Transferability Project. By working with our business partners, the ideal candidate will need to be comfortable understanding and analyzing the inventory management process for our renewable tax credits. These understandings will lead to requirement gatherings for an automated solution.
